Equipment Needed: A football or baseball and gloves.

Field of Play: Anywhere outside.

How to Play:

This game can either be played as the "football" version or "baseball" version. Either way, it's super simple to play as long as you can add. The goal is to attain 500 points by catching the ball out of a group of others. First, choose one person to be the "thrower", everyone else then becomes "catchers". The catchers then stand in a group away from the "thrower". The "thrower" throws up the ball and calls out a point value (i.e. 100, 200, 150). The person who catches the ball-without the ball touching the ground-earns those points. But if one of the "catchers" attempts to catch the ball, touches it and drops it, s/he gets the point value subtracted from their score, and yes you can go into the negatives. The first "catcher" to 500 points then becomes the "thrower" and it starts all over again.
