Field of Play: Anywhere that is relatively flat. And despite the name, it's probably not best to be played on busy streets.

How to play:

The goal of the game is to run through the traffic light (the person the traffic light, not a real one).

Choose a field of play where there is a straight line, football fields work perfectly. Choose one player to be the "traffic light". The other players then line up behind the line and the traffic light stands some distance away from the line (from 10 to 100 yards). The "traffic light" begins by facing the players. At this point the light is considered to be red, the players are not allowed to move forward on a red light. The "traffic light" then turns away from the players and shouts, "Green Light!" The players all sprint toward the traffic light. After an arbitrary time period, (no less than 2 seconds) the traffic light shouts "Red Light!" and then turns around.

Any player caught moving after the light turns red is sent back to the start. The first player to run past the "traffic light" then becomes the "traffic light" for the next game.
