Cantaloupe Prosciutto Salsa

1 Bag Old Dutch ® Pretzel MinisTM
1 Medium Cantaloupe
1 Small Red Onion
1 Small Package of Thicker Cut Prosciutto
1 Tablespoon of Fresh Italian Parsley or Fresh Cilantro
2 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoon of Honey
½ Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Pepper


Dice the cantaloupe, onion and prosciutto into evenly sized pieces. Chop the fresh parsley or cilantro. Add all of these ingredients to a medium bowl. In a small bowl whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss together all of the ingredients and cool in the refrigerator before serving.  Serve with our delicious new Old Dutch ® Pretzel MinisTM
