Old Dutch Extreme Nachos

Old Dutch Extreme Nachos

Ingredients

1 Bag of Old Dutch Restaurante Bite Size Tortilla Chips*
1 lb. of Ground Beef
1 Cup of Old Dutch Restaurante Style Mild Salsa **
1 Cup of Old Dutch Restaurante Style Monterey Jack Queso Supreme
2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 Cups of Iceberg Lettuce, shredded 
1 Medium Tomato, diced
1 Bunch of Green Onions, diced
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream (optional)
1/2 Cup of Guacamole (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Brown the ground beef, drain.  Add the Old Dutch Restaurante Style Mild Salsa  & Old Dutch Restaurante Style Monterey Jack Queso Supreme to the ground beef and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
  • Place the bag of Old Dutch Restaurante Bite Size Tortilla Chips in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Next evenly spread on top of the tortilla chips the browned beef mixure.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  • Once you have removed the dish from the oven top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato and green onions.
  • Serve, if desired, topped with Sour Cream and/or Guacamole.

  • Spice it up with diced Jalapenos!
