Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

Ingredients

1 Package of Old Dutch Pretzel Minis, Sticks, Rods, Party, or Holiday Pretzels
1 Package of Almond Bark (Chocolate or White)
 

Preparation

  • Melt the almond bark in a double broiler on medium heat.
  • Take an Old Dutch Pretzel piece and dip into the melted almond bark.
  • Tap off excess almond bark and set on a sheet of wax paper to cool. 

Recipe Variations

  • For an added touch decorate finished pretzels with sprinkles, crushed nuts, or drizzle with the opposite color of almond bark.
  • * For a creamier chocolate dipped pretzel substitute milk chocolate for the almond bark.
  • If you do not have a double broiler you can improvise by placing an ovenproof glass or metal bowl in a larger saucepan of hot water, in either case do not let the bottom of the bowl touch the hot water.
