Zesty Southwestern Meatball Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb. of Frozen Fully Cooked Meatballs
1 1/2 Cups of Old Dutch Restaurante Style Medium Salsa*
2 Tubs of Old Dutch Microwavable Nacho Cheese Dip**
1 Cup of Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

3 Cups of Rice, cooked according to directions 

3 Tablespoons of Fresh Cilantro, chopped

Preparation

  • Pre-Heat oven to 350º F
  • Bake frozen meatballs according to the package directions.
  • While the meatballs are cooking in a medium bowl mix together Old Dutch Restaurante Style Medium Salsa, Old Dutch Microwavable Nacho Cheese Dip, and rice.
  • Next mix into the mixture the meatballs and spoon into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.  Remove from oven and cool for about 10 - 15 minutes.  Sprinkle with cilantro.
