Crunchy Chicken

4 Cups of Old Dutch Original Potato Chips*, crushed        (Approximately 3 oz of Potato Chips = 1 Cup)
1- 8 oz Tub of Sour Cream
1 1/2 lbs. of Chicken Tenderloins
1/2 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1/2 Stick of Butter, melted
1- 16oz Jar of Old Dutch Restaurante Style Mild Salsa**
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Place sour cream in a medium bowl.
  • Next place the crushed Old Dutch Original Potato Chips on a cookie sheet. 
  • Take a chicken tenderloin and dip completely into the sour cream.
  • Then dip the tenderloin into the potato chips coating the piece evenly with potato chips.  Repeat until all pieces have been coated.
  • Place coated chicken on a well greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake chicken 10-15 minutes.
  • While chicken is baking mix together the melted butter and garlic powder.
  • Briefly remove the chicken and  brush each piece of chicken with the garlic butter.
  • Place back into oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
  • Serve topped with Old Dutch Restaurante Style Mild Salsa.
  • *Substitute any of our Old Dutch Potato Chips for our Old Dutch Original Potato Chips.
