Old Dutch Meat Loaf

1 1/2 lbs. of Ground Beef
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Small Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup of Green Pepper

3/4 Cup of Old Dutch Original Potato Chips*, crushed            (Approximately 3 oz of Potato Chips = 1 Cup)

1 Tablespoon of Ketchup
1 Tablespoon of Horseradish Sauce
1 Egg, well beaten
  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients.
  • Place mixture into a 8 inch loaf pan.
  • Top with left over crushed Old Dutch Potato Chips.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 60 minutes or until done.
  • *Substitute any of our Old Dutch Potato Chips for our Old Dutch Original Potato Chips.
  • For added flavor top with your favorite Old Dutch Restaurante Style Salsas or Quesos.
