Chicken Taco Pizza

3/4 Cup of Old Dutch Restaurante Style Mild Salsa*
1 - 12-inch Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
2 1/4  Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups of Fully Cooked Chicken Strips, diced (found near the deli meat)
1 Cup of Shredded Lettuce
1/2 Cup of Tomato, diced
2 Cups of Old Dutch Restaurante Style Bite Size Nacho Tortilla Chips, crushed  (Approximately 3 oz of Tortilla Chips = 1 Cup)
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
  • Preheat oven to 425º F.
  • Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and place on a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet.  Place in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and spread the salsa over the crust.
  • Top with 2 cups of the cheddar cheese and chicken. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the oven and top with lettuce, tomato, remaining cheddar cheese, and Old Dutch Restaurante Style Bite Size Nacho Tortilla Chips.
  • Serve with Sour Cream and Salsa on the side.
  •   *Substitute your favorite Old Dutch Restaurante Style Salsa with the Old Dutch Restaurante Style Mild Salsa
