Curiously Caramel Apple Salad

2 Medium Macintosh Apples: unpeeled, cored, and diced
2 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1 Cup of Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt*
1/2 Cup of Reduced Fat Sour Cream
3 Cups of Old Dutch Caramel Puffcorn
1/2 Cup of Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • In a large mixing bowl toss the diced apples together with the lemon juice.
  • Add to the mixture the yogurt and sour cream, stir until well blended.
  • Refrigerate 1-2 Hours.
  • Stir in Old Dutch Caramel Puffcorn and peanuts just before serving.
