Cantaloupe Prosciutto Salsa

1 Bag of Old Dutch Pretzel Minis 

1 Medium Cantaloupe
1 Small Red Onion
1 Small Package of Thicker Cut Prosciutto

1 Tablespoon of Fresh Italian Parsley or Fresh Cilantro

2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar 

2 Tablespoons of Honey

1/2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt 

1 Teaspoon of Ground Pepper 


  • Dice the cantaloupe, onion and prosciutto into evenly sized pieces. 
  • Chop the fresh parsley or cilantro.
  • Add all of these ingredients to a medium bowl. 
  • In a small bowl whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. 
  • Toss together all of the ingredients and cool in the refrigerator before serving. 
  • Serve with our delicious new Old Dutch Pretzel Minis.
