1 Bag Restaurante Style Salsa Bowls

1 1/2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken 

3/4 cup Cooked Black Beans 

1 avocado Diced 

3/4 cup Salsa 

3/4 cup Scallions - thinly sliced 

1/2 cup Sour Cream 

3 cups Shredded Cheese 

  • Preheat broiler on low & line a baking sheet with parchment paper 
  • On a baking sheet, build a small spiral of 15 chips, stacking them close together. Repeat as desired. 
  • Sprinkle chicken over the top of each pile, add beans and shredded cheese. 
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook until the cheese is completely melted. (3 - 6 minutes) 
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top each pile with scallions, avocado, salsa & sour cream 
  • Serve immediately & ENJOY!
